In our studios, we teach the best Wedding dance lessons in Adelaide, we have taught hundreds of couples how to dance for their Wedding and can show you how to look great, feel confident and comfortable on your special day. Looking elegant on the dance floor just takes time and practice, which is why all couples have some wedding dance lessons leading up to their big day. Our friendly, experienced instructors can teach you to dance to any song, and in any style! Don’t leave it until the last minute! Private dance lessons are the best way forward!! Your wedding is coming up and now it’s time to think about your First Dance. Whether you’d like a simple, more traditional dance or a fun and upbeat routine, our teachers are experts in all levels from beginners to advanced and we can teach you to dance in any style that you envision! The goal is to look and feel great, with the confidence to truly enjoy your First Dance together.
Why Wedding Dance Lessons?
Looking and feeling comfortable on the dance floor just takes time and practice, which is why most couples choose private dance lessons to prepare for their first dance before their big day. The aim is to look smooth and natural in your dancing, without needing to think about the actual “dance steps”. Being prepared will give you the confidence to truly shine! That’s where we come in.
What We Suggest
Come in at least 5 to 6 months before the wedding so you have time to learn at your own pace, with no stress. Try not to leave it until the very last minute – although we can help there too! For many couples, things can get quite hectic in the months just before the wedding, so it’s best to start lessons early enough to relax and enjoy this amazing experience.

We decided we needed some help for our wedding dance and looking back, I’m so glad we chose Kelly Dance studios, now Road 2 Rhythm Dance studio..

Before starting, my fiancé and I were really not sure what to expect as neither of us had ever danced before! Although we both had two left feet, we booked in anyway and are so grateful that we did. We’d talked to Simon on the phone beforehand and his manner, knowledge and professionalism made us feel we were in great hands right from the start. I’d looked around and Kelly Dance ticked all the right boxes for us, right down to flexibility (we’re both shift-workers), pricing, location and everything else that’s included.

Both our teachers were fantastic, professional and just lovely. They spent time to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned and after only a few lessons in, we were looking pretty smooth. Not to mention we had so much more confidence in ourselves! Lessons were fun and we looked forward to them every week. It also gave Joe and I the chance to catch up and just be together as a couple, which is amazing when you’re planning a wedding and there’s a lot going on! We ended up trying a few different styles and even learnt a few moves to use during the night.

Our First Dance to Al Green’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ was exactly what we wanted and on the night we had so many friends and family who came up to us and raved about it (we didn’t tell anyone we were having lessons). We nailed the dip and the lift at the end and can’t wait for our photos!! We’ve loved the overall experience here and will definitely be recommending you to everyone.
